While some leaders merely utter empty words, Mothers for Democracy Central Texas Moms are getting it done. We are organizing to protect our children, our public schools, jobs, and our communities. We want your civic participation in central Texas. We want to help increase voter turnout, educate central Texans about candidates and issues most important to central Texas families.

What do we want to do?

  • Register new voters by increasing the number of people who are VDR’s (Voter Deputy Registrars) 
  • Increase voter turnout. In Travis county, for the March, 2024 Primary races, only 10.54% of registered voters voted.
  • Organize events to register new voters
  •  Monthly meetings, be sure to join our Facebook Group and Mobilize so you get notified of the dates!
  • We use the Mobilize App to register for meetings, organizing events or socials
